Precast concrete towers consist of a shaft made from precast which is supported on insitu footings. A wide variety of shapes may be produced, including circular, square, rectangular, oval and egg-shaped. The segments can also be designed to incorporate water tanks, lifts, stairs, ladders, service penetrations and the like. Towers of up to 80m can be constructed using precast.
