Australia’s first Buddhist-run tertiary institution with architecture that is as spiritual as its teachings

 

National Precast Member S.A. Precast has supplied the precast concrete that has been used to create the stunning Nan Tien Institute.

The building has been designed by architectural firm Woods Bagot to resemble the Buddhist symbol – the lotus flower. Spanning over 6000 square meters the primarily precast building is formed of four distinct ‘pods’ linked by active bridges and features striking curved walls and window openings.
